a6a1. The service and your account
a6a create lets you request images and videos from AI providers. Available options, the credit charge and purchase price are shown before you confirm an operation.
You must be at least 18 and able to accept these terms. You need authority to act for a business. Access uses a code sent to your email: protect that mailbox and do not share the code. Report unauthorized access to tom@a6a.app.
2. Responsible use
Use the service lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Obtain permission for trademarks, photographs, works and a person’s likeness where required. Fraud, deceptive impersonation, child sexual exploitation, threats, unlawful harassment, infringement and bypassing security or payment limits are prohibited.
We may restrict an account or decline a request to investigate abuse, protect the service or meet legal requirements. You can request a review by email. Mandatory refund rights remain protected.
3. Your materials and results
You keep the rights you have in your materials. You permit us to store them, send them to the relevant provider and process them only as needed to provide the service and resolve problems.
AI can produce errors, similar results for other people or material unsuitable for your purpose. Check people, brands, text and advertising claims before publishing. We do not guarantee exclusivity, copyright protection, commercial performance or acceptance by another platform. Commercial use depends on applicable law, rights and the relevant content and provider terms.
4. Credits and generation
Credits are prepaid service balance. The minimum top-up is USD 10. Each purchase is a one-time payment; there is no subscription, automatic renewal or automatic top-up. Credits cannot be transferred, resold or exchanged for cash except where a legal right applies.
Submitting a generation reserves the displayed credit charge; it is settled when the result is completed and stored. A confirmed failure releases the reservation. If provider acceptance is uncertain, we check the request before resolving it to avoid duplicate charges. Purchased credits currently have no scheduled expiry. Terms for future purchases may change and will be shown before payment.
5. Payment and refunds
Waffo processes payment on its checkout. We do not receive your full card number or security code. The checkout displays the total, taxes and payment-method conditions. We issue credits only after verifying payment with the provider.
Credit purchases are generally not refundable for a change of mind. This does not limit mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund or consumer rights, or remedies for duplicate or incorrect charges or services not supplied. Request a review at tom@a6a.app with your order number; do not send card details or access codes. Checking a purchase box does not waive statutory rights.
6. The USD 100 support pack
The support pack is a one-time USD 100 purchase with 1,000 credits and a personalized digital thank-you card. It carries no promise of income or commercial results.
If you would like us to prepare and feature an image or video for your business among the examples, we arrange the material by email and request separate consent for publication. You can decline publicity and still receive the credits and card. Placement, duration and materials are agreed before publication. A homepage hero placement is quoted separately at tom@a6a.app. You can withdraw permission for future publication and request removal from our pages.
7. Availability and files
Generation relies on third parties and may involve queues, interruptions or model changes. We do not promise a fixed completion time or a particular result. Applicable statutory standards and remedies remain available.
Completed files are normally kept for up to 30 days after creation. Download a copy to keep it: saving a work to your collection does not extend that period. Unused temporary uploads are cleaned after one day; active tasks may require longer. See the privacy policy for details.
8. Changes, closure and contact
You may stop using the service and request account closure at tom@a6a.app. We manually check identity, pending orders and retention obligations before processing deletion.
Revised terms will show their version and date, and we will request renewed acceptance where required. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
